Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products

The products offered by AM PM are vintage or second-hand; they can thus bear the marks of time (stains, holes). The description of the products as well as the photos, state the possible signs of wear.

The sizes indicated on the labels of vintage and second-hand products rarely correspond to current size standards. Therefore, we indicate the estimated size according to current European standards as well as measurements taken flat and from seam to seam.

AM PM is unable to accept returns based on minor stains or wear marks, as they are inherent in the nature of the product, or if the piece doesn’t fit. In case of any doubts, you can always contact us at contact@am-pm-store.com before making any purchase to obtain advice, additional measurements, and/or information about the wear of the product

Prices

The prices of the products are expressed in euros and include Spanish VAT. The prices exclude delivery costs and taxes or customs fees applicable in the State in which the customer receives the order. AM PM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The taxes and customs fees applicable in the State where the customer receives the order are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and can in no way justify a cancellation of the sale. If the order is returned because the customer refused to pay the taxes and customs fees applicable to the order, they cannot, in any case, request a refund from us.
