Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout. The rates are the following:
Spain: 10,00€
Europe Shipping (Euro): 15,00€
Europe Shipping (Other Currency): 20,00€
Outside Europe: 30,00€
The prices listed on our website include VAT. The customer will be responsible for any customs charges and duties required for the order to be fulfilled.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Shipments will be sent using either UPS, DHL Express, Correos or FedEx. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number after the parcel has been shipped. Delivery times will vary based on carrier and location; AM PM won’t take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier service.
Returns
Regarding the vintage and second-hand nature of our pieces, AM PM is unable to accept returns based on minor stains or wear, or if the piece doesn’t fit. We provide thorough information on each of our pieces, and should you have any questions, you can always contact us before purchasing at contact@am-pm-store.com.
Should there be any problems, like incorrectly reported sizes, we will be happy to find a solution together. Please get in touch with us within 10 days after the purchase, and make sure to attach the invoice.
